3 sets 10 reps each.

Balance Disc

1. Supine bridge

2. Forearm plank

3. Crunches

4. V-sit

5. Scissors

6. Calf raises

7. Squats

8. Tree pose

Perform each exercise for 30 seconds working your way up to 3 minutes
